- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with no damage to any security seals.
- The return must be initiated within ten (5) days of the original delivery or pickup date.
- Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or receipt) must be provided.
Note: Confirm if 10 days is acceptable or if you want to allow a different timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., incontinence supplies, cushions, pillows)
- Special-order or customized products
- Rental equipment, unless found defective upon delivery
